Chris is an incredible person to have in your corner. I recently bought a home for which he was the seller’s agent, and, even though I had different representation as the buyer, he consistently assisted me in every way he could regardless of how it might inconvenience him. His flexibility allowed me to view the property multiple times—some of those times being a little later than ideal due to my work/commute schedule. He utilized every resource available to him to ensure I had every question answered and all necessary documentation delivered at MY convenience.

After I purchased the home, I accidentally locked myself out of it just as contractors arrived to install new carpet. I called Chris on the off chance he might still have a key from when the house was on the market. It turned out that he had made a note for himself that day to destroy/dispose of that key. Luckily, he hadn’t had an opportunity to do it yet, so he left the office to drive the key out to me and get me back inside the house. Thanks again, Chris!
