Responsible financial management is essential to running a successful HOA or Condominium Association. West Property Management can assist with establishing and maintaining separate reserve accounts, collecting dues from association members, preparing monthly management and financial reports, and annual budgets.

We procure and maintain insurance policies and bonds that are right for each community.  It is essential that the community, association members, and Board members are all protected against legal liability and catastrophic events.

We will solicit bids and negotiate contracts from licensed, bonded, and insured contractors. We manage maintenance requests and much more!

We cooperate with legal counsel in the event we need to file liens or pursue collections, and attend court proceedings as necessary. We also maintain important documents and prepare resale packages.

We conduct on site visits of the community and will note any potential violations of community rules, regulations, covenants, and bylaws. In addition, we send violation notices to homeowners, and document the stage of each violation.  At the Board’s discretion, we can advance enforcement using any method provided by the community bylaws.

We guide you as you set policies for your community. We prepare agendas, attend meetings, and prepare and submit management reports to the Board as requested.

Association members will have 24/7 access to an online portal where they can make payments, access important documents related to the community, communicate, and have open discussions with other members using our bulletin board, report problems directly to us related to the community, and much more! In addition, Board members will have access to financial statements, account balances, delinquency reports, and violations – all updated in real time!
